You can place an order by following the instructions on the Site. When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the Products at the listed price. We reserve the right to reject your order for any reason.

3. Payment

We accept payment through a secure third-party payment processor. All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

4. Delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Products within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For a full refund, please return the Products in their original packaging with the original receipt. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned Products.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically after your order is confirmed. We will send you a download link or access instructions to your email address.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of the Site, including all designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Romy Calligraphy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
